Role Overview – Project Manager (Commercial Construction)

This Project Manager role is ideal for someone with a well-rounded background in commercial construction, who can lead complex ground-up and tenant improvement projects from conception through closeout. Candidate Requirements – What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, applicants should meet the following criteria:

  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial construction project management

  • Demonstrated ability in construction estimating and bid preparation is non-negotiable

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline is highly preferred

  • Strong proficiency using project management and construction software including:

    • Procore (for project communication and documentation)

    • Microsoft Excel (for cost tracking and budget management)

    • Microsoft Project (for schedule creation and oversight)

  • Proven leadership capabilities and the ability to supervise and guide project teams to successful outcomes

  • Experience managing multi-million-dollar construction projects, particularly those exceeding $5 million in value
