Human Resources Manager Needed at Adamson Systems Engineering

Adamson Systems Engineering, founded by Brock Adamson in 1983, has established itself as a leading manufacturer of professional audio equipment. Initially operating from Vancouver, the company later relocated to Port Perry, Ontario, to access better manufacturing resources and be closer to family. Over the years, Adamson has been at the forefront of loudspeaker innovation, introducing products like the MH225, the first commercial loudspeaker system to use an acoustic waveguide and the Y-Axis line array featuring the Co-Linear Drive Module.

Throughout its history, Adamson has maintained a strong commitment to in-house manufacturing, ensuring meticulous control over the design and production of components such as transducers, cabinets and onboard electronics.

This dedication is evident in their 75,000 square foot custom-designed manufacturing facility in Port Perry where raw materials are transformed into finished products that ship worldwide. The company’s research and development teams are among the world leaders in acoustic technology, designing electronics and software solutions that are redefining the industry.

In recent years, Adamson has continued to push the boundaries of audio engineering. In 2024, the company launched the VGt line array system, the inaugural product of the Vergence Group, featuring the patent-pending M140 MF compression driver and onboard Class D amplification. This innovation exemplifies Adamson’s focus on integrated solutions and digital systems, further solidified by their acquisitions of audio technology firms BeSpline and Brain Modular.

As of 2023, Brock Adamson has returned as CEO, leading a revamped management team to drive the company’s continued growth and commitment to excellence in the professional audio industry.
